Your questions answered

How will we communicate and review our strategy?

We communicate using Google Chat or WhatsApp Business, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. We also offer an optional 30-minute Google Meet touchpoint call during the first week of every month to discuss business priorities, analytics and new content ideas.

How does the content creation and approval process work?

At the start of each month, you simply provide your visual assets via your dedicated Google Drive portal. Your content will be ready for your review in the Rella Content Calendar by the third week of the month. You will receive one round of edits and the approval process is designed to take no more than 15 minutes of your time.

How soon can we get started?

Once you complete your onboarding form, settle your initial invoice and book your onboarding call, we create your bespoke strategy, we will have your first curated batch of content live within four weeks.
